    Eligibility

  1. 1. United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd (271809-K) (“UOBM”) is running a ZALORA Promotion (“Promotion”) open to all eligible principal and supplementary UOBM Credit and/or Debit Cardmembers (“Cardmembers”) from 7 May 2018 to 6 June 2018 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
  2. 2. The following shall not be eligible to participate in this Promotion:-
    a) Cardmembers whose account(s) are terminated, suspended or cancelled within the Promotion Period;
    b) Cardmembers whose account(s) held with UOBM are delinquent or unsatisfactorily conducted as determined by UOBM at its sole and absolute discretion; and
    c) Cardmembers who are or become insane, deceased, adjudicated bankrupt or have legal proceedings of any nature instituted against them.

  3. 3. During the Promotion Period, the Cardmembers are entitled to enjoy 10% discount with no minimum spend at www.zalora.com.my or through ZALORA mobile app subject to the following terms and conditions:-
    • The Cardmembers are required to key in the promotional code UOBRAYA at the relevant field during the checkout process.
    • All payment must be made with UOBM Credit and/or Debit Card.
    • It is only applicable to items sold by ZALORA.
    • The discount is valid for the first 10,000 transactions only during the Promotional Period.
    • This Promotion is not valid with other promotion, voucher and coupon codes.
    • This Promotion is not applicable for certain excluded brands and item as set out at www.zalora.com.my/brand-exclusions.
    • The usage of this promotional code is subject to the Terms of Service set out at https://www.zalora.com.my/terms-of-use/.
  4. 4. Redemption of the discount in Clause 3 above is on a first come first serve basis.

    6. General Terms & Conditions

By participating in this Promotion, the Cardmembers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions in the UOBM Visa/MasterCard Cardmember Agreement including any amendments or variations to it (“Generic T&C”). If there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the Generic T&C in connection with this Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  7. 7. The decisions of the Merchant and/or UOBM in all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding. UOBM shall not be obliged to give any reasons or entertain any correspondence with any person(s) on any matter concerning this Promotion. No appeals and/or correspondence from any Cardmembers or any third party will be entertained.
  8. 8. UOBM shall not be liable for any misinterpretation or misrepresentation of facts by any unauthorised third party in respect of the Promotion and/or the Discount published in any mass media, marketing or advertising materials.
  9. 9. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UOBM expressly excludes and disclaims any representations, warranties or endorsements, express or implied, written or oral, without limitation to those published in any mass media, marketing or advertising materials, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose in respect of this Promotion and/or the Discount.
  10. 10. UOBM is not affiliated with Merchant and makes no representation or warranty with respect to the quality of the items and products supplied by Merchant.
  11. 11. UOBM reserves the right to add, delete, or vary these terms and conditions, from time to time, wholly or in part, by providing twenty one (21) calendar days prior notice to the Cardmembers through posting on UOBM’s website, displaying a notice at UOBM’s branches and/or a statement insert in the Statement of Account or in any other manner as determined by UOBM from time to time.
  12. 12. UOBM shall not be responsible nor shall accept any liabilities of any nature and however arising or suffered by the Cardmembers and/or third party resulting directly or indirectly from this Promotion and/or the Discount.
  13. 13. UOBM reserves the right at its absolute discretion to cancel, withdraw, terminate, extend or suspend this Promotion prior to the expiry of the Promotion Period, wholly or in part, at any time with prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, withdrawal, termination, extension or suspension by UOBM of this Promotion shall not entitle the Cardmembers to any claim or compensation against UOBM for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Cardmembers whether as a direct or indirect result of such cancellation, withdrawal, termination, extension or suspension.
  14. 14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and the Cardmembers agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
