Terms & Conditions:

  3. This Campaign consists of two (2) parts:
    1. Participate in the survey - This Survey is open to all customers of ZALORA Malaysia
    2. Make an Appointment with PAMB’s Assigned Agent. This Appointment is open to all ZALORA customers who are not the policyowners or insured lives under any insurance provided by PAMB and have submitted the Survey. ZALORA customers are required to fill up their correct personal details in the Microsoft Form.

Campaign Rewards:

  1. RM 20 Zalora E-Gift Cards
    1. ZALORA customers, who participates in this Survey, will be required to answer questionnaires related to Covid-19, fill in his/her personal details in the MS Form and submit it to PAMB’s landing page during the Campaign Period. Only submission with complete and accurate information will be processed by PAMB.
    2. The eligible participants will be entitled to only one (1) Appointment ZALORA Gift-card, when he/she meets the following criteria:
      1. He/she is eligible due to his/her participation in the Survey during the Campaign Period;
      2. He/she gives his/her consent to be contacted by PAMB’s assigned agent;
      3. He/she completes an individual fact-finding consultation session with PAMB’s assigned agent during the Campaign Period.
  2. RM 100 Zalora E-Gift Cards
    1. The eligible ZALORA customers, who has purchased a new eligible insurance policy of PAMB from PAMB’s assigned agent, is entitled to one (1) Sign-on Gift.
    2. In this regard, eligible insurance policy refers to an insurance policy which meets the following criteria:
      1. The proposal form is submitted to PAMB during the Campaign Period, subsequent to the fact-finding consultation session.
      2. The insurance policy is issued by PAMB on or before 24 November 2021, following PAMB’s approval of the Application. For avoidance of doubt, there is a free-look period of fifteen (15) days after the date of delivery of the insurance policy to allow the eligible ZALORA customers to review if it meets the eligible Zalora Member’s needs. If the insurance policy is cancelled within this period, no sign-on gift-card will be awarded to the eligible ZALORA customers. Only submission with complete information shall be processed and be entitled for the Campaign Rewards.
