Swarovski will not repair, replace or substitute any goods, which have been, in our opinion, subject to normal wear and tear, abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence, misuse or accident.
Items may be substituted, replaced by a piece of the same value as the original or repaired, depending on the degree of damage to the warranted product as well as on the feasibility and the availability of replacement parts.
This warranty service is provided free of charge.
Original receipts and product packaging must be presented for any repair service required. If a piece is not covered by the terms of Swarovski's warranty policy, we will offer a charged repair services.
The damaged product should be given to the closest Swarovski boutique or an authorized Swarovski retailer, in its original packaging along with the receipt. A list of all authorized Swarovski retailers in your country can be found on the Swarovski web site (https://www.swarovski.com/Web_AA/en/boutiquefinder) . Simply select your country, and a list of all specialist dealers will appear. If you enter the name of your town, or that of the nearest city, you will receive more specific details. - Pre-loved & fine jewellery category items: within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Lifestyle category items: within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- All other category items: within 30 days from the date of delivery
Only for returnable Lifestyle category and Fine Jewellery items, returns are only applicable if the product is in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and with seals and tags intact.
Pack your item (with its original packaging and tags intact) together with the returns slip and invoice (Seller only) into your ZALORA delivery package and submit your return request online. Drop off at PosLaju/CollectoCo/NinjaVan (Malaysia), PostCo (Klang Valley), and SF Express Jifee (Brunei). Or book a return pick up via Grab (Klang Valley) or SF Express Jifee (Brunei).
Any additional items delivered with your order (i.e. product tags, dust bags, branded boxes, and/or gift with purchase) must be returned together for the refund to be processed successfully.

Malaysia: Enjoy FREE shipping or LOWER shipping fees (depending on your delivery region) when you spend RM 99 and above on items sold by ZALORA. Items sold by each respective Seller and fulfilled by ZALORA must also equal to or exceed RM 50, unless stated otherwise. Final shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
